Welcome to Growing Minds Nanny Agency, my name is Emma Acock.

With over a decade of experience in the childcare field, my journey has taken me through roles as a nanny, preschool teacher, and elementary educator while earning my Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education. These experiences have given me a well-rounded understanding of the many facets of childcare, as well as the unique needs of both children and families.

Throughout my career, I have seen firsthand how challenging it can be for families to find high-quality childcare that is not only nurturing, but also educational and intentional. I strongly believe that the early years are a critical foundation for a child’s future—shaping their social, emotional, and academic development in lasting ways.

My goal is to thoughtfully connect families with professional, educated nannies and private educators, while making the process of finding exceptional care both seamless and reassuring. I aim to provide families with more than just childcare, but an opportunity to invest in their child’s growth through meaningful, in-home educational experiences.
